Shiitake Mushroom
Brooke (am I pronouncing that correctly?) is AMAZING! We were so happy she was our server on Valentine's Day! She is vibrant, hilarious, and caring! Excellent food, as per ALWAYS! I also love that the manager is always available and is super friendly! 10/10 would definitely recommend (and I have!)
Crispy Spring Roll
We had spring rolls, Krab puffs and 4 sushi rolls and every single item was prepared perfectly! Absolutely delicious! Such a hidden gem that we found in such a convenient location.

Dragon Roll
The sushi is always delicious! However, I always ask for extra ginger for my orders & the past few times I've not received any at all. I love the food, just wish they adhered to the requests on to go orders!
Tuna Sashimi *
Our new favorite sushi restaurant. We celebrated our 12yo son's birthday here with family (13 people) and the service and food quality was excellent. The sushi chefs made beautiful presentations for our sushi! Everyone was pretty impressed. You can tell they care about the food, service, and experience of their customers. This was our 3rd time here and we've only had good experiences each time. We highly recommend Sushi 101!!
Crispy Spring Roll
SO yummy. the sauce on the side pairs so well. These spring rolls have just the right amount of filling and crisp.

It's almost surreal to experience over the past 3 years a sushi experience continuously get better but that's what sushi 101 does. Easton, Brianna and Alexa and the nothing less than phenomenal sushi making artists provide such delectable and scrumptious sushi delights that even 3 days in a row you enjoy dining there more and more. The new location finally fits the cuisine and I cannot recommend them enough.
